This was a great dish. I served this for a quick lunch today, using sirloin beef steaks and some day-old rolls. And it was great. I never found pickled jalapenos, so I diced half of a fresh jalapeno and used that. And I think the fresh jalapeno touch added a lot of flavor (but then, I really like jalapenos, so maybe I'm biased about that---I'll try this recipe again using pickled jalapenos, if I ever find them around here).
