I love fried gren tomatoes...........I haunt the farmers market in the early..
looking for green tomatoes!

If I have an abundance ot them...
I prepare them for frying
then flash freeze them seperately.
When ever I have a taste....even now...I fry up a few!!!
MMMmmmmm they are so good!
