Here's my helping of your Skillet Lasagna. It was a bit more "runny" than I was expecting. Is it supposed to be like that? Tasted good, though. 10/04/13
Mixed the cottage cheese, parm cheese and parsley (I used flakes as that's what I had) and the room temperature egg together and spread it on top. 10/04/13
I used a 12" skillet. Put the pound of hamburger and 1/2 lb of mild Italian sausage in it and the green peppers as we like our peppers well cooked. Later I added the onion. Fried all til done. Then drained. 10/04/13
