I have never been a big fan of Mac and Cheese. My husband loves it! But even after cutting my recipes in half, I felt like we had enough to feed an army!! After a couple of let over servings, he has had enough! After joining JAP, this was one of the first recipes I tried!! So simple and easy to make!! Not only am I doubling the recipe, but after 40+ years I found a recipe for Mac and Cheese that I love!! Have made this recipe about 6 times now! My husband loves it!! Thanks for a great recipe! Wen

Was by myself last night and made this with a filet mignon and a small salad.

Wish I had more mac and cheese -- would have finished it off all by myself!!!
