I forgot to mention Marilynn, that I purchased my first Square Spring Form Pan from Kohl's, and the last one that had the recipe, I ordered from Amazon. I get a lot of stuff from Amazon, especially many of my baking pans. I recently purchased a 15 cup tube pan,it is very heavy and I LOVE IT I haven't used it yet but I plan too. I previously only had 10 and 12 cup tube pans, so this one is a little bigger. I can't wait to use it, and they AMAZON also has a SQUARE TUBE PAN that I want to order. When I first saw it it was only about 20.00 but I didn't order it then, and when I went back to it, it had increased to almost 29.00, I hate when that happens.

Thank you for your comments Marilynn. Yes I love LOVE MY spring form pans, all of them, I have some shaped like a heart, which are great during the Valentines Holiday, or to impress a loved one. The square pans I truly love, they are perfect for cheesecake & layer cakes too, I made Rose Mary's Double Layer Key Lime Cheesecake /Pie and it really came out amazing. The bottom layer is baked, and white in color, and the top layer is just refrigerated, but I tinted it a light green color, and the contrast in colors and the lime flavor really made an impressive presentation. I want to buy the Lasagna size spring form next, I am sure it will make it much easier to get the Lasagna out, once you release the sides. There have never been any leaks, and they are very durable, although I must admit that the heart shaped ones are not as durable as the square ones, but they still work. I did change the topping on this brownie recipe, to make a more dramatic presentation. I love the height that you get by using this pan, they are not as flat. It is FULL OF NUTS AND RAISINS and sooo Good. I am confident you will love it too. Thanks again for your comments Marilynn.
