Yes, I agree Peggi....i want to leave some history for my kids and after finding out about my heritage I want to do it even more so they have something to refer to and share with their kids....Thank u...I will love sharing your mom's recipe with my kids....

Sure you can! I & Mom would be honored! I too want to do a cookbook soon & want to borrow a few recipes from you guys. I want to test them first of course, if I haven't made them. It will be a book about my recipes & things I do, such as deer stuff. Everyone around has been onto me to do this. The teenagers around here that used to come in our bait shop say,"You do such fun & interesting stuff. I want to live that way". I say, "be careful what you wish for!" LOL!!

Yes, dear Peggi...YUM...double yum and oh so dangerous!! I can't stop eating the darn things!! LOL....never had a donut that tasted like this!! Thank u again....I do have a question for you....can I include this recipe in a book i am doing for my kids to pass on after I am gone...to pass down through the generations..I am working on a cook book for all 3 of them , adding stories about their life and mine...things I want them to remember and where they came from...i am including my own special recipes they are asking for all the time plus some very special ones like your moms...would that be ok?? And to tell a little of your story??
