Thank you for including this photo, Judy. It helped me. And thank you, Gail, for mentioning that the "packet" was "darn close" to 1/4 cup. It's not as costly if you don't need a whole lot of "brown gravy mix". 11/12/17

we buy in bulk at our house, it came from BJ's which is buy bulk store. The package is the same, I use it lot good for thickeing the gravy, glad you enjoyed it.

I couldn't find brown gravy mix like that at the store, but one packet was pretty darn close to 1/4 cup, so it worked out fine.
