canning goods........now there is a lot of room needed...I just go to my moms lol Ina's pantry is amazing! But then most the cooks on tv have outrageous pantrys!!! lol

I am sure you will enjoy the space when you find your house. I have spent all day trying to find some room for all my canning goods and making room on the laundry room for shelves to put all those appliances that I can't store under the counter and don't want on top of my counters. Now I would love to have Ina's pantry.

and I have all the pampered chef scoops too! Plus my bigger one, I got 3 of them from TJ Maxx of all places...they have great kitchen finds! I got so much stuff from them. Including fun plates...which are in storage right now..........can't wait to have a house again!!!

I love my pamper chef products and I have all three scoop sizes. I did make more Wendy. Those were the first batch as I listend to you and only put 4 on the tray at a time when I made with the big scoop. I cut down to the smaller size after the second batch.
Thank you for letting us know we can freeze the rest of the cookies we did not eat.

Funny you say that about the cookie shops Jamie...I used to have a shop last year and the scoop I use is a 1/4 cup scoop...because thats how I sold them and thats how I like them!!! lol

I just wondered since it covered most of the plate and wa only 4-cookies.
I like to make some real big too, and the rest just normal cookie size.
Some times I bake them in mini-muffin tins...love them that way. You can also stick a chocolate bar or caramel square in the middle of the warm cookie as soon as u take them out of the oven.
