This is fresh tomatoes made into a chunky sauce... but we sometimes just use chunky style pasta sauce from a can.
Sliced Hot Dogs.... pan fried... But we also have just thown some in the saute skillet in the past.... and another way we like to do the hot dogs is cook them outside on the grill and use the left over hot dogs for our chili.
Chopped green pepper
Red and White onions chopped.
Yellow and green zucchini.

This tastes just like a chili dog without the bun!

Garnished with a swirl of mustard, some chopped onion and hotdog slices.... served with grilled cheese sandwiches! Yum!

This is an all time favorite and pretty healthy chili! The kids helped make it and they sure did eat it!
