Recipe calls for ap flour. What brand? Banana loaf is too dark looking for you to have used regular ap flour. Are the "ripe" bananas pure black? Even black bananas don't produce bread that dark. Is it some how "burnt" in the crock pot? I really want to know why the picture of this bread is soooo dark! Is it the wrong picture?
