Great bread! I used the dough cycle and made two baguettes. I guessed the oven temperature a little high as at 375F it was undercooked but browning rapidly. I dropped it to 350 for another 7 minutes. Wonderful warm out of the oven and I look forward to bruschetta on the 2nd loaf. So glad I made the bread!
