Photos of G.G's Potatoe Salad
This is the final work on the potato salad I will show little illustrate more picture to show what is added to the salad.

Spicy Mustard? I know right? well I do not use a lot of it so you can hardly taste..I can it brings out the flavors to all the ingredients in the potato salad just add 1/2 a teaspoon that's it not to much I usually tell my friends make a medium circle in the center of the salad they laugh every time. :)
this is the tricky part about the salt :) I use kosher salt because I dont have to use a lot of it so I want to say add about 1 tablespoon of salt or to your taste.
Well let say I don't measure but, because I had to share this recipe with friends I had to do just that lol Use about half a cup of sweet relish and if you don't like relish use pickle juice
This is the amount you would use but if you truly love mayo and a half a spoonful more of mayo
I took 2 big spoonfuls of the Mayo and added to the potatoe salad with egg
Now eggs and potatoes are chopped
Peel all the eggs and the potatoes...
This is the end result once the potatoes are boiled (I am a visual person so pictures always help me to determine how to season the potatoes)
Getting a 10lbs bag of Russet potato is better you know never know when your going to need more potato salad :) I only boil half of the bag.
I boil dozen eggs separately in one pot of water
this are all the ingredients that are put onto the potato salad if you rather not use the Kraft mayonnaise any orther type with do
