These Muffins are so good !! I Hand mixed everything and don't over work the batter is the trick to these fabulous Muffins !! They are so light and moist and very tasty !! I got 18 out of my batch and baked them for 18 mins !! Thanks for such a great recipe !! I surely will be making these again !!
