I needed a third loaf to include in a gift basket I was making over the weekend. I chose this recipe, and had enough to make a small sampler loaf. Great taste and very moist! I am not a fan of raisins straight from the box, so I soaked them in boiling water as I normally do, dried them off, followed the recipe with coating them in flour, and it was great! Thanks! Ruth
