Thank you Natalie, for your comments. I use panko bread crumbs on everything related to frying. Yesterday I made Oven Baked/Fried Spam, and it was really good. I plan to post the recipe this evening, along with a few others. It really is crispy just like fried chicken, and it is moist & juicy. Please keep me posted when you make it. Thanks for your comment.
