Delicious, absolutely delicious!
Suggest making it 2 days ahead of Thanksgiving,
it's done & out of the way.
I used Gala apples & ripe, not mushy, Bartlett
pears.
Then I added 1/2 cup sugar & 1/2 cup water,
it was a bit too tart for me.
Can't wait for my family to gobble it all up.
