As you can see, I made the Brownie Sundae Cheesecake. The only thing different I did was make my browines from scracth instead of using boxed brownie mix. We can't wait to cut into it. It smells soooooo good. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Your right who cares about the crack, but over the years I have found if you put shallow pan of water on the bottom rack, and not open the oven door while it bakes. Set the timer, and when it goes off, turn the oven off. Do not open the door, leave the cake in the oven till it gradually cools down. The cakes tends to crack when the when you have a temperture change. When it cools in the oven.
