This looks sooooooooooo good to me, I wish my Hubs liked more chicken dishes.
He'll eat fried chicken if I fried 'then baked' it (he has to make sure it done before he'll touch it to his lips).
Fried chicken tenders is best, because there is NO bones for him to worry if the chicken is not done "next to the bone".
