Cin, I do love baking and especially in my new pan. The key is to have all of the main ingredients at room temperature, the butter, eggs and sour cream, and having patience to let it incorporate air into the batter. I even have a 15 cup Bundt pan that I ordered, but I haven't used it yet. It is Round like some of my others. I also ordered a Bavarian Pan with the beautiful design and another tube pan with a very intricate design. I can't wait to use those either. I will post pictures when ever I do.

Leila, there is only a clear cover on the front, the back cover is solid. I did not put each page in a clear sleeve. But for some one that might be a good idea.

Thanks Cindy, and it is good to be finished, now I will be starting a new one. Because I am making a Blueberry Strawberry Pie, and also trying out my new square TUBE PAN, that I recently got from Amazon. It is so DEEP, AND i AM ANXIOUS TO SEE HOW HIGH THE CAKE WILL RISE IN IT.. Thanks for your comments.

Beautiful cookbooks and a lot of memories. Did you put your recipes sheets in clear protectors? You did a great job.

Jamie, you are so sweet, thank you so much for your comments. Yes it does require a bit of midnight oil, when the household is asleep and I can concentrate.

You will be surprised how fast the time goes when you are working on it. One morning I was up till 4:00 AM getting it organized and in order. But I love the results and all of the positive feedback. Because it really is an inexpensive project that anyone can do. Thanks again Jamie God Bless & Have a great day.
