Linda, I've baked the cookies on a baking stone before, and those you can't grease, but I've never tried to bake them on a regular baking sheet without spraying it with cooking spray.

All I can say is try a batch and see what happens.

Is it really necessary to grease the baking pans even with all that oil in the mixture?
