My husband just made this tonight and I just took 2 antacid tablets. He did exactly what the recipe off the can of Demings pink salmon said which is exactly the same as this one. They fell apart multiple times. I tried keeping them from grumbling but wasn't able to make a complete patty. The patties should've been smaller size. There was enough sodium in the salmon that salt wasn't needed. Not sure if you made these yourself or were just contributing what you thought was a good thing. And honestly my family always used the whole egg and not egg whites. This may taste good to others but it didn't settle with my stomach 5 minutes from eating it.
