You Can See All The Toothpick Holes Where I Tested To See If They Were Done. They Were Still Very Jiggly After The First 25 Minutes. And When I Took Them Out 3 Minutes Later They Fell In The Middle. :( Took Over 30 Minutes For Them To Get Done.

Hey Laura,
These look wonderful. Your right, homemade desserts are the best. That way you know the ingredients used. I will try these but with an extra ingredient. I use instant espresso powder when making chocolate goodies. It really does improve the taste, brings out the deep richness of the chocolate. Can't wait to try this with these. Thanks so much.

Thanks Rose! I actually didn't, though I seriously considered it. ;) I'm not sure why that first photo looks so light, must be the flash. My phone doesn't have a flash, so it looked a lot more like it did in real life. I do think I'll cut out one egg next time, it wasn't as fudgy as I like. :)

Lara,
Love your pic. It's darker than the main photo for this recipe. Did you use Dark Cocoa for your brownie? 1/8/14
