You Can See All The Toothpick Holes Where I Tested To See If They Were Done. They Were Still Very Jiggly After The First 25 Minutes. And When I Took Them Out 3 Minutes Later They Fell In The Middle. :( Took Over 30 Minutes For Them To Get Done.

I think you'll like it Cin. Pumpkin Cakes fit right in with the fall season. Seems like lots of people are making pumpkin "something" right now!

The picture that the Kitchen Crew took is much higher than yours....and mine. I wonder if they used a smaller size pan than a 9X13 to make theirs.
