Hi Dee, My husband finally cut this cake and he loved it. I had a bite, it's delicious and as you said dense, I'm thinking I would put some chopped up blackberries in with the swirl also, what do you think. The chocolate in the blackberry coulis was a great idea. I'd like to know how you feel about cutting up some of the blackberries next time?
