Made this last night, only 2 chicken breasts. Like I said in my photo, just needed more seasoning than what I put. Almost forgot the basil, but couldn't really taste it anyway. I would add garlic, little more S&P, maybe something else in addition to adding Italian seasoning. Was still good! Almost ran out of tomatoes.. I used 3 Romas for 2 breasts; 1.5 squash. Just to get an idea.
