This Batch Was Baked On A Stoneware Baking Pan, Which Works Much Better Than A Metal One. But The Heat Was Only Put On 400. I Still Melted Shortening On The Stone In The Oven To Give The Biscuits A Crisp Outside And A Little Extra Heat Boost.
