These are one of the best peanut butter cookies I have baked they are sort of like short bread and crunchy someone had asked if they were thin and crisp they are not at least not like a lace cookie. But so very good I used 1tbl and 2tbl for the larger one
Peggi's recipe made with Almond butter and gluten free flour mix. with only one cup brown sugar.
