I set the timer for 15 minutes because I wanted to keep an eye on it for the last few minutes and it was already done. The crust shrunk back a little from the edge of the pie plate. Is that normal? 5/25/12
One ball rolled out and put
into pie dish...edges trimmed
to the edge of the pie dish. Used
a fork to make a design around
the edge...and to poke holes in the
bottom of the pie crust. Ready for oven. 5/25/12
