Photos of Elmo Cupcakes

Cookie monster....use small marshmallows, blue food coloring, and half of a smaller chocolate chip cookie, and a small round tip with black frosting for the pupils in his eyes. Simple and soooo cute!

I loved the idea of doing Elmo cupcakes and decided too add Cookie monster too. I had several graduation open houses to do this past weekend and these went over well with the little kids at the parties. Simple..basically look at the picture and use a half chocolate chip cookie cutting a small slice into the lower half of the cupcake to place cookie into cupcake looking like it is in Cookie monsters mouth. I did yellow cake with a hershey's candy kiss in the center when baking...these went over very well, and are so much fun to make!
