Andria, it is this carrot cake recipe made into cupcakes. This recipe makes great cupcakes...about 4 dozen if you use an ice cream scoop to measure them out. Some of the cupcakes in the picture I used toasted coconut sprinkled on top. Thanks for the compliment :)
