persimmons I picked from our trees. I take out the ripe ones and put the green ones in a brown paper bag under neath the counter for a couple of days ti ripen up.
They are Fuyu persimmons? I bought a bushel of Hachiya and am scooping out the pulp of the ripe ones every other day and freezing. Looking forward to trying your recipe with my home grown Blushing Golden apples.
