small or mini broiler pan works great for this recipe...use the wire grate insert and set aside the insert for fish/vegetables

place flank steak in 2 gallon zip lock bag and pour marinade into bag...force out all the air, zip shut and refrigerate for 8 - 24 hours, longer the better, rotating the bag every 4-8 hours
