Wow, Mia, wow. These pancakes were awesome. I enjoyed them very much. I like my pancakes with texture so I didn't pulse the cheese. It worked great in the pancakes this way. What flavor, it was devine. The sour cream and jam on top, is the icing on the cake. It really elevates the pancake. Thank you so much for sharing.
