These are very tasty! I found it easier to make the mini crusts in advance, and after they cooled, stash them inside a sealable container. Then, after I made the pudding, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg mixture, I filled the mini crusts by using a gallon-size ziplock bag with corner tip cut off BEFORE putting it in the freezer. (May get a piping bag ..someday..) And I cheated for "time sake" - I used dark chocolate miniature chips instead of shaved chocolate. You were right...eyes did roll back.
