Sweetie, that skillet isn't supposed to have any butter in it...LMAO! Remember, that was the point of these. No cooking spray, oil, butter, nada! I'm so glad they finally came and I was finally able to send it to you though! Aren't they great?! I can't wait to try the egg test like on the infomercial where you use nothing in the pan at all and it's supposed to fry an egg and slide right out. I've only used mine for ground beef and it was as if I was browning it on ice. I use 95% lean and it left nothing behind in the pan and no sticking what so ever. I guess I mean you couldn't even tell I used it at all. These taters look so good.
