I made this with all chicken leg quarters. Purely economics--family-sized packs of quarters were 99 cents a pound, costing me roughly $4. A whole chicken, which wasn't on sale, would have cost $8-10.
Because I used all leg quarters, even tho I trimmed them up a bit, this may have been a bit "juicier" than had I used some breasts and wings. But it still tastes wonderful!
