Yes, I agree..I only wish I could have space for all the canned goods...I am thinking that I could put them inside a sealed box and push them underneath my bedroom furniture or something, and pull the canned jars out when I need them. We do not have a attic or basement in the Florida homes..lol! Thank you for letting me know that your Daddy's can be also canned, so I can make some of it for future grilled chicken! It also looks delicious!
Yes I can daddys sauce. I just process it like tomatoes 10lb pressure 25 mins. I like to can it is safe in case the light were to go out at least the canned goods would not go bad
You are welcome Jamie. Do you can your daddy's barbeque sauce? I am unsure as to what we can or cannot can..lol..but would love to can everything, since I love homemade canned good, mostly because of the can goods sold at the stores all seem to have lost a lot of their flavor or nutrients (taste bland, or lost taste). I am glad you liked my Dad's Spaghetti sauce...he has made this sauce for me and my family whenever we have visited him at his home, but I have to make it myself whenever I get the jars and ingredients, which will be very soon! I bet you and Nancy had a great visit the other day. Wish I could have been there too, since would have loved to see Nancy again and also visit with you too!
