Hey,thanks! I'll be posting more photos that are step by step in the future,I sometimes get so involved in the meal that I forget about taking pictures. Chili dogs are not boring by the way,you can kick em up a notch by adding some guacamole,salsa,and crumbled tortilla chips on them.It helps to melt a little cheddar on the bun or lightly butter the bun and then grill it cut side down. I can make any hot dog like no other you've ever had! I'm going to post my Christmas Eve meal on the site too. My wife's side of the family is Italian so they have a seven fish thing every Christmas Eve. Tradition I guess. I'll be making a bouillabaisse with saffron infused rice or pasta will be their choice of starch. Then I'll make a fruittta de mare which is a chilled seafood salad with lemon,fresh herbs and olive oil.

Hi Janet! That's just one of the types of burgers I make,I'm making chicken with Spanish rice for tonight. Another good burger combo is with melted pepper jack and cheddar cheese,avocado,sour cream, and salsa on top with a good toasted bun of course! Also, I make a blue cheese stuffed burger that's out of this world!
