How To Make gorgonzola chicken burger & portabello mushrooms
-
Step 1Place the ground chicken in a mixing bowl, season with the spices, rosemary and 1 tbsp. of butter, dice the butter in very small pieces and combine.Make two patties according to your roll size, make them a little bigger in circumference as this meat will shrink when cooking.
-
Step 2Heat a non-stick skillet with the remaining butter, add the mushrooms and saute for 1-2 minutes.remove the mushrooms and start the burgers,6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.Top with cheese, add a couple of tablespoons of water to the pan to enhance the melting of the cheese and cover for about fifteen seconds.
-
Step 3Toast your buns, plate the burgers topped with the mushrooms and enjoy!! You can use whatever dressing or side you prefer with the burgers, very delicious!!Enjoy! :)
