1 pkg
ground chicken breast meat(about 16 oz.)
2 large
crusty rolls ( i used whole wheat ciabatta rolls)
8 oz
gorgonzola cheese
2 small
portobello mushrooms sliced
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper
1 pinch
1 pinch
poultry seasoning
1 1/4 pinch
rosemary, dried and crushed( i use a mortar and pestle for this)
3 Tbsp
butter, cold

1Place the ground chicken in a mixing bowl, season with the spices, rosemary and 1 tbsp. of butter, dice the butter in very small pieces and combine.Make two patties according to your roll size, make them a little bigger in circumference as this meat will shrink when cooking.
2Heat a non-stick skillet with the remaining butter, add the mushrooms and saute for 1-2 minutes.remove the mushrooms and start the burgers,6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.Top with cheese, add a couple of tablespoons of water to the pan to enhance the melting of the cheese and cover for about fifteen seconds.
3Toast your buns, plate the burgers topped with the mushrooms and enjoy!! You can use whatever dressing or side you prefer with the burgers, very delicious!!Enjoy! :)
