Doin' good Kim. I'm not fond of chili fritos; but I'm sure that the regular ones would work as well. 11/06/13

Hi Rose, how are you doing? Yes, I used the red and green bell peppers and the onion too. I did find the chili fritos and used them as well. It was so yummy and a wonderful recipe.
