Slice your tomato into four slices

It's ready for that first bite...I like to cut in half diagonally, but it's really your preference if you want to leave it whole.

When cooked, cut each half of the egg mixture in half, then arrange on top of cheese.

Drizzle mustard on all four slices of bread, then top with tomato slices and cheese...
