Thanks so much Paula. Yes we do have Home Goods stores here. But I have never gone to one. Now I will need to go there just to see what they have. Thanks for the compliments about the cake, and my husband really did enjoy a huge big piece, said he really like the raspberry filling between the layers. Thanks again. Have a nice evening.

Lol... Yes, I found some unusual extract flavors the other day @ "Home Goods" I don't know if you have a "Home Goods" Where you Live??.. But, I was like a Kid in a Candy Store!!!! Everything a Baker Could Ever Want!!! Thank You for Posting This Gorgeous Cake.. Its Beautiful!!!.... ;)

Thanks Paula, and the flavors are right on. The 7 up makes the cake so light and moist. Just that hint of the Raspberry filling really does bring all the flavors together to make them come alive. Thanks for the comments. That bottle of Peppermint Extract that I ordered from Amazon is getting a good work out. Smile. Take care and Have a great day.
