Made this today! DANG GOOD! we love it. When I mixed it, the filling reminded me of some other recipe I made long ago. It didn't have coconut in it, but everything else, plus cubed bread you mix in it, instead of a prepared pie crust. It was more of a pudding type dessert. Real good too.
