My Chocolate Flan Cake ~ May 25, 2011
1) Set Bundt Pan In Pan Of (already) Hot (tap) Water ~ This Helps Set The Flan.
2) Plan To Cover (chocolate) Cake With Tin Foil Early On In Baking Process ~ The Chocolate Cake Does Seem To Cook Faster Than The Flan.
