Onions chopped and added. I placed the onions and wings first to make sure it would all fit. I used and 8 quart IP, so you may have to adjust the amount and size for the 6 quart.
My gravy is done and ready for the freezer storage bags. I picked the meat from the wings and my dog and I both had a great supper, and the Thanksgiving gray is done.
I bought a 4 pound package of wings but you can use however much will fit in your IP or pressure cooker. But it MUST be wings to get enough turkey flavor to make this gavy. I did not skim any fat, but you can if you feel it's too much.
