Carol - I so badly want to try this recipe, but I can't find that pan ANYWHERE! I selected it as one of three "mini" dessert recipes to make this year for Thanksgiving, and last weekend my husband and I ran all over the city looking for a pan like the one you show. We tried Walmart, Target, Cooks of Crocus Hill, William-Sonoma, Bed Bath & Beyond, and a handful of small kitchen stores. No luck!

Where, oh where, oh where can I find a pan like that? And if I can't find one in time, does anyone have suggestions on improvisation?
