I typically would serve this with grilled veggies but since my husband REALLLLLLY likes stuffing and this was a new recipe I decided to compromise. GO GRILL!!!
Don't let the spicy ingredients scare you away, the acid from the vinegar balances it out nicely and it's very tasty.
