My Version of this pie.Haven't taste of it yet, but I KNOW it's going to be good.I substitued Splenda for sugar since I'm a diabetic. Such an easy recipe. Will save it if it taste as good as it looks.I only baked it 55 mins.instead of 1 hr. or longer.
