Kathy, Thanks for the great recipe. It's very forgiving and tolerated quite a few "subs" and STILL came out wonderful. I love recipes like that. lol. If anyone really needs to know... I used self rising flour, white sugar and canned milk. You can see I didn't use a loaf pan. oh yeah... omitted the BS, BP and salt. That's all in the self rising flour.
