Rose, thank you for sharing this photo. My tea looked like yours. It seems darker than in the recipe's photo. And thank you soooo much for commenting that it does make more than 1 gallon. My tea was a bit strong d/t me using the gallon container. I would add a bit extra water to my glass everytime I poured a glass to tone it down. I think I'm going to make 1/2 at a time from now on so I can use my gallon container and still have room :-)
